Harajuku OC

My newest APH OC is dubbed Harajuku! She will represent the Harajuku district in Tokyo, Japan. ^^ I wanted to make a character that I could mess around with and make multiple designs for and I thought Harajuku would be perfect for that! So yeah.....

In case you're wondering, Harajuku is one of the major fashion districts in Tokyo and mostly attracts teenagers and young adults. They sell a lot of lolita fashion and costume-like stuff. I am still working on her profile but I have some stuff figured out. She is a triplet, and the other two are Aoyama and Shibuya. Her best friend is Akihabara. So on top of creating Harajuku, I have three other districts to create! But they will be super fun! I wanna make OCs for all the districts in Tokyo, but I'll stick with these few so I don't overload myself.
